We welcome your comments and feedback to help us draft new ten-year plans for our conservation areas!

Master Plans and Management Plans provide a long-term vision for HCA-owned and operated properties. These plans help HCA effectively direct staffing and resources to appropriately manage, restore, and improve areas. They provide a detailed property evaluation for property and natural resource management, as well as development decisions.

They provide a detailed property evaluation for property and natural resource management, as well as development decisions.

In 2019, HCA adopted a Ten-Year Master Plan Update Strategy. The strategy sets out overall goals, objectives, and a schedule for the updating of HCA’s Master Plans and Management Plans.

For 2026, the areas to be studied include:

  • Tiffany Falls Conservation Area
  • Iroquoia Heights Conservation Area
  • Meadowlands Conservation Area
  • Lower Spencer Creek Conservation Area
  • Canal Park

    HCA is seeking your household’s input on experiences, perspectives, and use of Tiffany Falls Conservation Area to help inform the Management Plan.
